Kings Deal Gaedels 9-5 Defeat

Baltimore catcher Sam Waltz had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team down the St. Louis Gaedels, 9-5. Kunimatsu Myaji earned the win to go to 8-15. He allowed 4 runs on 7 hits, with 2 walks and 6 strikeouts in 6.1 innings of work. The win puts Baltimore at 78-74 this season.
With Baltimore trailing 3-2 in the top of the second, Waltz hit a slider from Steve Pohlman for a 2-run home run. It was his 8th home run of the season and put the Kings ahead, 4-3.
