The New York Titans got a sterling performance from pitcher Linus Beausoleil, but the Cincinnati Twins still prevailed, 4-2. Beausoleil threw 7.0 innings of 3-hit ball. The win went to Atsuya Ishii in relief. His record improves to 2-1. Arthur Gordon took the loss. Macario Mendoza, credited with the save, is now 12 for 15 in save opportunities.

The Twins got a big at-bat from shortstop Omar Anguiano. For the game, Anguiano went 2-4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 4th double of the season gave Cincinnati a 2-1 lead.

Anguiano called the win "a team effort."

The Twins raised their record to 56-94.
