Stars first baseman Dennis Videaux put his stamp on his team's 5-4 win over the Las Vegas Aces. Videaux went 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for Los Angeles in the contest. Kingsley Bozek picked up the win, improving his season record to 2-2. He struck out 6 in 6.2 innings. Los Angeles now sits at 25-13, while Las Vegas falls to 22-18.

Adir Barrabi drew 2 walks in 5 plate appearances for Los Angeles. With one out and the game tied in the top of the seventh inning, Barrabi, who finished 3rd in the WC in home runs with 41 in 2081, had a clutch at-bat. Facing Las Vegas hurler Joe Drum, he hit a sacrifice fly to give the Stars a 5-4 lead.
