Juggernauts Rally to Nose Past Maine
Though he had a stellar game, Roberto Fondin could not prevent his team, the Maine Lobster, from losing, 7-6, to the Toronto Juggernauts. Fondin was 1 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The winner in relief was Fabian Estrada. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. He now owns a record of 3-5. The win lifted the Toronto record to 69-68.

Toronto used a timely hit from Steve Dunn to get the win. The shortstop stroked a 2-run double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Juggernauts ahead, 7-5. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it made an impact.

In postgame comments to the Toronto News, Dunn said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
