The Philadelphia Spectres overcame a good performance by Buffalo catcher Nick Majors to knock off Buffalo, 11-7, at Sony Field at Philadelphia. Majors went 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4. Philadelphia is now 58-77.

In the bottom of the second inning, the Spectres grabbed the lead when Jeff O'Donnell rapped a two-out single. Philadelphia was trailing 2-1, when O'Donnell hit a 2-run single off Jose Ruiz to put his team in front, 3-2.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Philadelphia manager Ryan Huff.
