The Seattle Arrows downed the Boston Greens, 11-5, at Power Ballpark. Danny Nieto led the way, going 3-for-5 for Seattle. The winner in relief was Victor Romero. He is now 1-1. The left-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 1.2 innings. The win lifted the Seattle record to 21-18.

Bolinas, California-born Sem Vreke came through in the clutch. In the bottom of the seventh, with the bases loaded and the Arrows trailing 5-4, he hit a 2-run single to right-center to put Seattle on top.

"It was great to come out and swing the bats," Nieto told the Seattle News.
