Senators Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Spectres, 5-4
|
The Washington Senators managed to get by the Philadelphia Spectres, 5-4, at The ESPN Zone. Washington pitcher Kai-xi Jia set himself apart with his performance. Chris McHargue, now 2-4, was credited with the win in 0.2 innings of relief. He allowed no runs on 2 hits, while striking out 0 and walking 0. Washington, at 55-65, sits in third place in the Eastern Conference Kamuzu Division.
