The Alaska Kodiaks downed the Vancouver Wolves, 4-3, at Tundradome. The Kodiaks were led by Felix Perez. Perez went 2 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Picking up the win was Mike Blain. He went 6.1 innings, allowing 3 runs on 7 hits. The right--hander struck out 4 and walked 1. Juneau Beauchamp closed it out for Alaska, earning his 7th save.

With Alaska leading 2-0 in the bottom of the third, Perez hit a fastball from Li-hong Ho for a 2-run home run. It was his 26th home run of the season and put the Kodiaks ahead, 4-0.
