Rangers Get One-Run Win at Cincinnati
In a tight contest at Cincinnati Grounds, the Buffalo Rangers edged the Cincinnati Twins by the score of 6-5. Buffalo first baseman Cole Hickey, who blasted 1 home run, was a key contributor. The win gives Buffalo a season record of 60-54.

Bobby Rojas had a big 2-run home run for the Rangers in the top of the third inning. With Buffalo leading 1-0 and a runner on 2nd, he sized up a fastball from 23-year old right-handed pitcher Tony Hernandez and punished it. The result was his 28th home run of the season, which put the Rangers on top, 3-0.

"They beat us fair and square," Cincinnati skipper Ryan Stoops said.
