Ravens Tag Harfangs with 7-4 Loss
Yellowknife took on Montreal in front of a lively crowd.

Montreal right fielder Matt Steinruck had a good game, even if his team did not. The Harfangs dropped a 7-4 decision to Yellowknife at Mount Royal Park. Steinruck was 1-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Picking up his 6th save was 27-year old right-handed pitcher Juneau Beauchamp.

Yellowknife used a clutch at-bat from Bobby Brito to capture the win. The right fielder hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Ravens ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"We take it day by day here," said Brito, "and today was a good one for us."

Yellowknife is first in the Western Conference Jonas Division with a record of 67-45.
