Vikings Take Destroyers to the Woodshed, Win 23-2
Riding the 2-hit performance of the former first round draft pick Omar Ozoa, the Minneapolis Vikings stopped the San Diego Destroyers, 23-2. The Vikings, at 63-49, sit in first place in the Western Conference Duviel Zaldivar Division.

With the game tied, 1-1, in the top of the sixth, Ozoa had a key at-bat for Minneapolis. With runners on 2nd and 3rd, Ozoa hit a 2-run single off Shigemitsu Nakayama, making the score 3-1, Vikings.
