The Seattle Arrows downed the Boston Greens, 2-0, at Arrington Park. Seattle pitcher Chua chay Niu definitely brought his A-game. Niu, now 12-1, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 5, walking 2, and allowing no runs. Earning his 3rd save of the year was Rikio Kaneko.

Otojiro Yamamoto had a direct impact on the outcome. Yamamoto contributed a 2-run single in the top of the fifth inning to put Seattle up, 2-0.

"Not too many highlights on our side," said losing manager Matt Glazer.
