Aragon Leads Charge, Miami Blasts Aces
The Miami Cyclones routed the Las Vegas Aces, 13-0, at Kroger Stadium. Nelson Aragon was one of the hitting stars. He hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4 for Miami. Ed Rice, who is tied for 8th in the EC with a 9.0 K/9 rate, was the winner. He's now 3-8. The loser was B.J. Baker. Miami is now 49-60.

With Miami leading 5-0 in the bottom of the fifth, Aragon batted against Las Vegas pitcher Cesar Lobatos. Aragon hit a fastball to right for a 3-run home run. His 4th home run of the season put the Cyclones on top, 8-0.
