The 3-RBI night of center fielder Jose Puga, who is tied for 8th in the EC in stolen bases with 6, helped the Buffalo Rangers triumph, 6-3, over the New York Titans. Carlos Palafox was the winner. He's now 4-1. The loser was three-time Pitcher of the Year Award winner Nick Tamulevich. Buffalo leads the Eastern Conference Jossue Lopez Division by 3 games.

With Buffalo leading 2-0 in the bottom of the first, Puga hit a fastball from Nick Tamulevich for a 2-run double. It was his 9th double of the season and put the Rangers ahead, 4-0.

Puga told a Buffalo Herald reporter that he was "gratified" with the win.
