Titans Fall to Tinter and Rangers, 6-0
|
Buffalo starter Allan Tinter put the New York offense in a vise grip. The right-hander relied heavily on his changeup in leading the Rangers to a 6-0 win. Buffalo is now 22-11, 4 games up in the Eastern Conference Jossue Lopez Division.
New York had little success against Tinter and his changeup. Tinter tossed 103 pitches over 7 innings for the Rangers.
"Allan did a good job of shutting their lineup down," said Buffalo manager Alex Beckman.
