Chinea Mashes 2 Homers in 7-3 Baltimore Win
The Baltimore Kings knocked off the St. Louis Gaedels, 7-3, at AT&T Park. Koji Chinea was a big reason Baltimore won. The left fielder slugged 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. John Rochford got the win, improving to 1-0. He worked 5.2 innings, giving up 2 runs on 6 hits, while striking out 1 and walking 2. St. Louis, with the loss, is 1-3.

With Baltimore trailing 2-0 in the bottom of the fifth, Chinea hit a cutter from Jose Ruiz for a 3-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Kings ahead, 3-2.

"If we keep hitting the ball well, the wins will pile up," said Baltimore skipper Brad Carpenter.
