The Toronto Juggernauts faced a tough opponent in Maine pitcher Slider Brooks, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Ballpark of Portland by a final score of 5-4. Brooks went 6.2 innings and allowed 2 runs. The win went to Edgar Bosma in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Armando Montoya took the loss. Maine drops to 11-16.

Toronto used a timely hit from Jae-hong You to get the win. The pinch hitter stroked a 2-run double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Juggernauts ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it made an impact.

"I still think this team can play even better," You told the Toronto Observer.
