Snow Clubs 2 Home Runs in 9-7 Baltimore Win
|
Baltimore left fielder Jake Snow helped his team beat the Philadelphia Spectres, 9-7. Snow, who finished 5th in the EC in RBI with 104 in 2082, went 2 for 4 for the Kings. The win was credited to Julio Olivo in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Uno Urquidez took the loss. With the loss, Philadelphia drops to 12-13.
With Baltimore leading 3-0 in the bottom of the third, Snow hit a splitter from Uno Urquidez for a grand slam home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Kings ahead, 7-0.
"You need to show up when your number's called," said Snow.
