The Philadelphia Spectres spoiled a good performance by Baltimore right fielder Koji Chinea, bumping off Baltimore, 8-7, at AT&T Park. Chinea went 2 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Jeong Lee earned the win for Philadelphia. He lasted 6.1 innings, allowing 4 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 6. With the win, he raised his record to 3-2. Alberto Zamora collected save number 3.

In the top of the fifth, Dave Palacios delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and the bases loaded, the Philadelphia designated hitter hit a 2-run single, putting the Spectres in front, 8-7.

In postgame remarks, Palacios said: "To all who've been doubting my effort -- I hope they saw this game."

The loss drops Baltimore to 14-11.
