Montreal Loses Again, 6-3
|
Brooklyn took on Montreal in front of a lively crowd.
The Brooklyn Browns defeated the Montreal Harfangs, 6-3, at Mount Royal Park. Brooklyn was led by fan favorite Raymilson Bayam, who went 3 for 3 with a double, 2 singles, and 2 walks. The loss makes Montreal 11-12.
Brooklyn took control in the top of the seventh. With one out and the bases loaded, Mitsumasa Inouye hit a 2-run single to make it 5-3, Browns.
"Whenever I help the team," said Inouye, "it sort of justifies my place on the roster."
