Las Vegas Aces pitcher Omezo Suyama was in top form, leading his team past the Vancouver Wolves, 4-1. J.P. McNealy picked up the save for Las Vegas, his 5th of the year. The Wolves fall to 9-13 and continue their lackluster start in 2084.
Las Vegas took a 2-1 lead on Sardis Abrego's 7th home run of the season. The solo home run, which Abrego hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Vancouver pitcher John Gulley visibly frustrated.
Suyama attributed the win to "an all-around good team performance."
