Senators Win with Late Rally
The Washington Senators knocked off the Cincinnati Twins, 6-5, at Cincinnati Grounds. Zheng-ze Gu hit 1 single and 1 double, while driving in 3 runs. The win puts Washington at 2-1.

The game was all tied up in the top of the tenth, until Gu delivered big-time for Washington, stroking a dramatic run-scoring single off Macario Mendoza. The game-changing hit put the Senators on top, 6-5.

"This was one of those 'not to be denied' games," said Washington field general Josh Cooan.
