St. Louis Keeps Trending in Wrong Direction
|
Baltimore starter Rocco Porcaro pitched well against the St. Louis Gaedels at AT&T Park. The right-hander led his team to a win, 6-3. Porcaro yielded 3 runs over 5.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 3, and struck out 5. His record improves to 4-0. Now 2-16, the 2084 Gaedels have sputtered in the early going.
Left Fielder Robbie Klabunde made an impact for Baltimore, when he swatted a run-scoring double off Brent Lannin in the bottom of the third. For the contest, Klabunde was 2-3 with a double and a walk.
