Dragons Snatch Late-Game, 5-4 Win
The Portland Dragons defeated the San Diego Destroyers, 5-4. Catcher Min-chor Ann deserved a large share of the credit. Ann was 2 for 4 with a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Dragons. The win brings the Dragons to 13-4, a promising start as the team looks to return to the playoffs.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With no one out, Ann hit a fastball from Chris Whiffen for a run-scoring single. The Dragons, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"Everybody is chipping in right now," said Ann. "That's what makes it so much fun."
