Buffalo pitcher Alexis Donini did his part in helping his team beat the Toronto Juggernauts, 6-3. The left-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. The winning pitcher was Donini, now 2-1. He tossed 8.1 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 2 and fanning 6. The Juggernauts drop to 6-9.

Buffalo took a 6-3 lead on Cole Hickey's 3rd home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which Hickey hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Toronto pitcher Albin Muscetta visibly frustrated.

"We have a lot of confidence in Alexis," said Buffalo manager Alex Beckman.
