Right-hander Tom Parmenter mesmerized the Minneapolis Vikings while leading the Tucson Toros to a 5-0 victory. Cody Sosnowski was called on to finish, recording his 1st save. Tucson is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 6th in 15 games.

The Toros got a big at-bat from shortstop Ron Jollymour. For the game, Jollymour went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the first, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Tucson a 2-0 lead.

"You have to trust that what you're doing is going to produce results," said Parmenter.
