Perez Shines in 9-5 Alaska Win
The Alaska Kodiaks trumped the San Diego Destroyers, 9-5, at Seaward Stadium. Alaska designated hitter Felix Perez was terrific. He was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Alan Batten earned the win. Allan Tinter, who signed a 3-year contract worth $35,000,000 on 12/28/2084, took the loss for San Diego. The setback makes the Destroyers 6-9.

Early in the game, Perez had a 3-run home run for Alaska. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Kodiaks on top, 5-2.

"I was just going up there trying to see good pitches, that was about it," said Perez.
