The Portland Dragons got a magnificent performance from pitcher Lanzo Huitron, who muffled the Seattle offense en route to a tight, 1-0 Dragons win at Power Ballpark. Charlie Petipas got the save, the 2nd for him this season. The Dragons, now 10-4, have been sizzling early on.

Chotaro Okada, who is tied for 8th in the WC in total bases with 29, had a direct impact on the outcome. Okada contributed a solo home run in the top of the fourth inning to put Portland up, 1-0.

"Lanzo was commanding his pitches," said Portland manager Greg Carpenter.
