The Santiago Avispas thumped the Houston Aquas, 10-2, at Estadio Guillermón Moncada. Angel Ramirez was a big reason his team got the win. Ramirez slugged 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3. Beau Eschmann got the win, improving to 15-4. He worked 7 innings, giving up 2 runs on 4 hits, while striking out 10 and walking 2. It was his 6th triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Avispas ahead, 2-1.
