The home crowd had a good time watching the Denver Glaciers and Montreal Harfangs get after it.

The Montreal Harfangs defeated the Denver Glaciers, 7-3. Right Fielder Ray Garcia deserved a large share of the credit. Garcia went 3-4 with 2 home runs and a double. He scored 3 times and drove in 5 for the Harfangs. The save was credited to Dave Landazuri, his 1st.

Garcia had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a 1-1 fastball from Michinaga Sakamoto, he banged a grand slam home run to right, giving the Harfangs a 7-3 lead. It was the 13th home run of the year for Garcia.

"Winning never gets dull," said Garcia.

The win puts Montreal at 60-47 this season.
