The New York Titans and Miami Cyclones played an entertaining game for Polo Grounds II patrons.

New York left-hander Salvatore Castellon helped his team edge Miami by the score of 3-2. Castellon kept the opposing lineup in check. David Panther recorded the save, his 3rd.

In the bottom of the fourth, Leonelkis Prieto delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and the bases loaded, the New York catcher hit a run-scoring single, putting the Titans in front, 3-2.

"Every loss hurts," said Miami manager Chris Stephan. "But this was a tough one."

With the victory, the Titans upped their record to 59-45.
