Glaciers Pull Out Late-Game Win, 7-6
Denver and Havana duked it out and the Glaciers came out victorious.

Havana designated hitter Alex Zendejas had a good game, even if his team did not. The Metropolitanos dropped a 7-6 decision to Denver at Mountain Dew Park. Zendejas was 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Shane Shackelford got the save, the 5th for him this season.

Jason Brown drove in one run for Denver. The 28-year old shortstop had a key at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 4-4 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Bobby Alkire. It was his 7th RBI of the season.

"We'll take this win and move on," said Brown.

The 4th-place Glaciers improved to 46-59.
