Arrows Defeat Stars, 9-7
The Seattle Arrows grabbed a win, 9-7, over the Los Angeles Stars in 16 innings at Stars Ballpark. Seattle catcher Ryan Jarnagin was 3 for 6 with a home run, 2 singles, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. At 52-52, the Arrows claim third place in the Western Conference John Sexton Division.

Seattle used the timely hitting of Brian Prochazka to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a 2-run single in the top of the 16th inning to put the Arrows on top, 7-5. It was his only hit in 7 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Our team found a way to get it done," said Prochazka.
