Kodiaks Win at Denver, 5-2
|
The Alaska Kodiaks topped the Denver Glaciers by a score of 5-2. Leading the way was right fielder Tillmam Velado. Velado went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Kodiaks. Quinn Topp earned the win to go to 2-0. He allowed 1 run on 3 hits, with 2 walks and 3 strikeouts in 6 innings of work. Alaska now has a record of 6-5.
