The Baltimore Kings overcame a pretty good performance by Brooklyn shortstop Victor Yero, beating the Browns, 5-2, at Brown Town. Yero went 3-4 with a triple and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs. Baltimore leads the Eastern Conference Muldoom O'Mulmohery Division by 2 games.

Francisco Mateus dealt the Browns a blow in the top of the fourth. Batting with the bases loaded and Baltimore leading 3-0, Mateus hit a first pitch changeup for a 2-run single.

"There's never a lack of effort in our clubhouse. We're willing to do the little things to get the win," Mateus told the Baltimore Observer.
