Rangers Prevail, 5-3, Over Las Vegas
Buffalo picked up a win at Bison Stadium, bumping off the Las Vegas Aces, 5-3. Pitcher Julius Miller was a major reason the Rangers emerged victorious. Lupe Sandoval got credit for the save for Buffalo. It was his 11th of the year. With the win, the Rangers improved to 51-45.

Buffalo took a 5-3 lead on Bobby Rojas's 17th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which Rojas hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Las Vegas pitcher Ricardo Riveron visibly frustrated.

"Julius did a good job of managing their lineup," said Buffalo manager Alex Beckman.
