Boston took on New York in front of a lively crowd.

The Boston Greens rode a solid performance from 31-year-old starting pitcher Adrian Portuondo to a win, beating the New York Titans, 4-0, at Polo Grounds II. Boston now sits at 46-48, while New York falls to 46-48.

Portuondo, a native of Guantanamo, Cuba, was dealing all game. He kept New York hitters off-balance, while giving the Greens 7 quality innings. Portuondo threw 78 pitches, allowing 1 hit and striking out 6.

"I'm just trying to make sure I'm focused for each and every pitch," said Portuondo.
