Greens Defeated by Cyclones, 2-0
Arrington Park was the site of the home opener for the Boston Greens. The contest featured a prime matchup between Jeremy Fitch of the visiting Miami Cyclones and Carlos Palafox of the Greens. The final score was 2-0, the Cyclones getting the win. Jeremy Fitch turned in the best performance.

Miami used a clutch at-bat from Jose Neria to capture the win. The catcher hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Cyclones ahead, 2-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Neria.
