Titans Take Home 4-1 Win Over Boston
|
Corey LaCognata was nothing short of phenomenal for the New York Titans. The 31-year-old right-hander was a big reason his team beat the Boston Greens, 4-1. The losing streak for Boston has now reached 4 games.
Mike Owens came through for New York when he hit a 2-run single in the bottom of the sixth. With the bases loaded, he hit a two-strike sinker to center field, staking his team to a 2-0 lead.
"It wasn't a very good day at the ballpark," said Boston manager Matt Glazer.
