The Brooklyn Browns withstood a fine game by New York designated hitter Ryan Mellon at Brown Town, to upend the Titans, 7-5. Mellon went 2-2 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Cris Ramos earned the win for Brooklyn. He lasted 7.1 innings, allowing 4 runs on 6 hits, while striking out 5. With the win, he raised his record to 5-4. At 43-46, the Browns are currently third in the Eastern Conference Zach Gavula Division.
