The New York Titans beat the Brooklyn Browns, 7-5, at Brown Town. New York center fielder Gurmu Jemadari, who finished 3rd in the EC in slugging percentage with .589 in 2080, collected 1 single and 2 doubles with 2 runs batted in. Pierre Prent closed out the game, earning his 3rd save. With the win over Brooklyn, the Titans improved to 50-38.
With the game tied, 2-2, in the top of the sixth, Jemadari had a key at-bat for New York. With the bases loaded, Jemadari hit a 2-run single off Kyle Burch, making the score 4-2, Titans.
