Rangers Outdo Aquas in Extra Innings
Due in part to shortstop Josh Beauchesne, the Buffalo Rangers chopped down the Houston Aquas, 4-3, in 12 innings. Beauchesne went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs. The second-place Rangers now have a record of 46-40.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 12th inning, when Buffalo right fielder Alonzo Armijo, facing Nick Boodt, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Rangers the 4-3 win.

Said Armijo: "It's just one win, but it feels like more when you outlast a tough opponent."
