Minneapolis got a terrific game from designated hitter Gentaro Arakawa. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Maine, 7-4. Arakawa was 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Chris Maxwell finished to wrap up his 5th save. The first-place Lobster are now 46-39, the Vikings 49-37.

Third Baseman Carlos Sosa made an impact for Maine, when he swatted a 2-run home run off Josh Hawes in the bottom of the second. For the contest, Sosa was 1 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
