Zhu Helps Vancouver Cruise to 12-3 Win
Behind the hitting of Yuan Zhu, the Vancouver Wolves stopped the Chicago Phantoms, 12-3. Zhu went 3 for 4 with a home run, a triple, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 5 for the Wolves. Chicago drops to 3-6.

Paul Rees went 3-3 with 3 singles and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for Vancouver. The 27-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the third. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring single off Jake Orthman. It was his 9th hit of the season.
