The exploits of left fielder Felix Sanchez helped the Portland Dragons defeat the San Francisco Friars, 10-2. Sanchez went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. The third-place Dragons are now 42-43, the Friars 41-45.
In the top of the third, Portland second baseman Wook-jin Lee had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and two out, Lee stroked a 2-run single to left. It made the score 3-0, Portland. For the game, he went 2-3 with a double and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 3.
