Starting pitcher Salomé Sieuve gave the Las Vegas Aces a rock-solid effort. The Maracaibo, Venezuela native helped his team defeat the Vancouver Wolves, 3-2, at Fox-Chong Park. Las Vegas is now 42-39, Vancouver 36-45.

Catcher Chris Zamarron made an impact for Las Vegas, when he swatted a run-scoring double off Jarrod Beckman in the top of the fifth. For the contest, Zamarron went 2 for 3 with a double.
