Dragons Get Hard-Earned Win
The Baltimore Kings could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Kunimatsu Myaji into a win. Instead, the Portland Dragons prevailed, 6-5. Myaji threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball. The third-place Dragons have a record of 39-40.

Jairo Cedillo was the walk-off hero for Portland. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Dragons designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"The fans went nuts at the end," Cedillo said.
