Ryan Jarnagin, who is tied for 3rd in the WC with a .432 on-base percentage, knocked in 3 runs to help the Seattle Arrows win, 9-8, over the Alaska Kodiaks. Garrett Gutierrez was the winner in relief. His record is now 6-4. The losing pitcher was Roberto Banda. Seattle is 4th in the Western Conference John Sexton Division with a record of 37-39.

Had Dave Rivera not delivered a key base hit in the top of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 2nd, Rivera hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 7-6, in favor of the Arrows.

"To get where we want to as a team, we all have to do things out of our comfort zone," Jarnagin told the Seattle News.
