Vancouver had no answer for Chicago Phantoms starter Dylan Cisar, who flummoxed Wolves hitters as the Phantoms cruised to victory, 6-0. Cisar, the winner, moves to 1-0. He threw 7 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 3 and giving up 2 walks. The loss makes Vancouver 43-31.
Leonilde Tigre had a big 3-run home run for the Phantoms in the bottom of the seventh inning. With Chicago leading 3-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he sized up a fastball from 30-year old right-handed pitcher Dominic Hogg and punished it. The result was his 11th home run of the season, which put the Phantoms on top, 6-0.
