Late Rally by Dragons Seals 4th Straight Win
|
The Portland Dragons converted a terrific effort from starter Yandri Vido into a win over the Baltimore Kings at AT&T Park. The Dragons won the game by a final score of 5-2. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Portland.
Portland catcher Zi-cheng Lum contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the ninth. With two down, he hit a forkball to left-center field for a 2-run single. It was his 19th hit of the season and put the Dragons ahead, 5-2.
"We need to keep playing good baseball," Lum told the Portland Bulletin.
