Titans Fall to .500 After 5-3 Loss to Kings

A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Baltimore Kings and New York Titans.
Starting pitcher Lanzo Huitron pitched well enough to help the Baltimore Kings beat the New York Titans, 5-3. Raudelin Proenza, who is tied for 9th in the EC in holds with 6, earned the save for Baltimore.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Robbie Klabunde? The Baltimore right fielder had a run-scoring double in the top of the third inning to put the Kings on top, 1-0. For the game, Klabunde had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"I thought we played some darn good baseball," said Kings manager Brad Carpenter.
New York, at 35-35, has lost 4 straight.
